Lesson Overview- Las t week you had the opportunity to learn about Igneous Rocks this week we will focus on how Sedimentary Rocks form and their various types. If you recall last week you learned that Igneous Rocks are rocks made from cooling and solidification of magma and lava. You also learned that there are two types of Igneous Rocks Intrusive and Extrusive. Today you will lean about 3 types of Sedimentary Rocks and how they differ from each other
Learning Targets: I can list characteristics of Sedimentary Rocks and Name and Describe the Three types of Sedimentary Rock as well as identify how stratification happens in Sedimentary rocks
