Lesson Topic: Theory of Plate Tectonics Plate Boundary Movement
Lesson Overview- Today you will continue to learn about the interactions of the various plate boundary movements and the geological events each plate boundary creates on Earth. Do you know how the Himalayas formed in the picture above. Today's lesson will show you how plate interactions can cause mountain building.
Learning Target: I will be able to gather information from the resources to explain divergent, convergent, & transform boundaries and features created from the boundaries.
Lesson Instructions
1. Click on the green button to be taken to the Digital Learning Lessons for Plate Tectonics. The password is smithacardinals(all lowercase)
a. Once you are at the site please read the first slide instructions on how to complete the activity
b. Select as many lessons that you would like. The more the better as it will help you to complete your C.E.R. for tomorrow
Here is the Claim, Evidence, and Reasoning for Thursday(again the lesson is the Digital Learning Resource will make provide the evidence you need to answer on tomorrow)
C.ER. Question( You will have to answer both questions). You will answer these questions in a Microsoft Form on Thursday based on the activity from today
